These Regulations are the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Occupational Health and Safety) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2005.

3Amendment of Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Occupational Health and Safety) Regulations 1993
