Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Management of Safety on Offshore Facilities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Petroleum (Submerged Lands)

Act 1967.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Management of Safety on Offshore Facilities) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Regulation 39 (Person not to be punished more than once for same act or omission)

2.1   Subregulation 39 (2):

Omit the subregulation.
