  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Management of Safety on Offshore Facilities) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 September 2005.

  1. Amendment of Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Management of Safety on Offshore Facilities) Regulations 1996

Schedule 1 amends the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Management of Safety on Offshore Facilities) Regulations 1996.
