1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Fees Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 January 2005.

3Amendment of Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Fees Regulations 1994

Schedule 1 amends the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Fees Regulations 1994.
