 These Regulations are the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Fees Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

Schedule 1 amends the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Fees Regulations.

 These Regulations are the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Fees Regulations 1994.

insert

6AInfrastructure licence fees

 For the purposes of paragraph 4 (2) (b) of the Act, the fee for an infrastructure licence for a year of the term of the licence is $18 000.
