PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Submerged Lands)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1994.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Acts

Amendment (Petroleum) Act 1994 comes into operation.
Regulation 3 amended

3.      Regulation 3 (3) of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Regulations 1990*

is repealed.
