1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 January 2005.

3Amendment of Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Regulations 1985

Note Section 118 of the Act was repealed by the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Legislation Amendment Act (No.1) 2000. However, under item 142 of Schedule 1 to that Act, section 118 of the Act continues to apply in respect of certain information.
