Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Amendment

Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Submerged
Lands) Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Petroleum
(Submerged Lands) Regulations 1990*.

3.             Regulation 3 amended

(1) Regulation 3(4) is amended as follows:

(a)	in paragraph (a) by deleting "$26" and inserting instead —
" $33.00 ";
(b)	in paragraph (b) by deleting "$26" and inserting instead —
" $33.00 ".

(2) Regulation 3(5) is amended as follows:

(a)	in paragraph (a) by deleting "$26" and inserting instead —
" $33.00 ";
(b)	in paragraph (b) by deleting "$26" and inserting instead —
" $33.00 ".

(3)	Regulation 3(6) is amended by deleting "$1 129.00" and inserting instead —
" $1 500.00 ".
(4)	Regulation 3(7) is amended by deleting "$57.00" and inserting instead —
" $72.00 ".
(5)	Regulation 3(8) is amended by deleting "$6 772.00" and inserting instead —
" $8 600.00 ".
(6)	Regulation 3(9) is amended by deleting "$25 740.00- and
inserting instead — " $25 800.00 ".

4.            Schedule 1 replaced

Schedule 1 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead
