414 ANNO VICESIMO QUARTO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 32 of 1975 An Act to amend T he Petroleum ( Submerged Lands) Act of 1967 in certain particulars [Ass .Nr D To 17 TH S EPTEMBER, 1975] BE TT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled , and by the authority of the same , as follows:- 1. Sboet title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act Amendment Act 1975. (2) The Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act of 1967 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act1967-1975.
