Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Act 1980.

 1. Regulation 6 of the Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Regulations is repealed and the following Regulation substituted:

Alteration of the Schedule to the Act

“6.

The Schedule to the Act is altered by omitting the table under the heading “NUMBERS OF PERMITTED RETAIL SITES” and substituting the following table:

Commencement
