Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Regulations 2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of
the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the
Dated 1983.
Governor-General
By His Excellency’s Command,
Minister of State for
Industry and Commerce
Regulation 6 of the Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:
“6. The Schedule to the Act is altered by omitting the table under the heading ‘NUMBERS OF PERMITTED RETAIL SITES’ and substituting the following table:
