Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Act 1980.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 March 1992.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Specified numbers of retail sites)

3.1   Subregulation 4 (1):

Omit “October 1988”, substitute “February 1992”.

3.2   Subregulations 4 (2) and (3):

Omit the subregulations.

4.   Schedule 1 (Specified numbers of retail sites)

4.1   Omit the Schedule, substitute:
