Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Act 1980.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 November 1988.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Regulations.

3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Specified numbers of retail sites

“4. For the purposes of subsection 10 (2) of the Act, the number of retail sites specified in relation to a prescribed oil company specified in column 2 in an item in Schedule 1 is, in relation to any month after October 1988, the number specified in column 3 in that item.”.

4. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
