Petroleum (Registration Fees) Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Registration

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2002.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Petroleum
(Registration Fees) Regulations 1990*.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

(1)	Regulation 3(1) is amended by deleting "$600.00" and inserting instead — " $616.00 ".
(2)	Regulation 3(2) is amended by deleting "$600.00" and inserting instead — " $616.00 ".
(3)	Regulation 3(3) is amended by deleting "$3 000.00" and inserting instead — " $3 078.00 ".
(4)	Regulation 3(4) is amended by deleting "$600.00" and inserting instead — " $616.00 ".
(5)	Regulation 3(5) is amended by deleting "$3 000.00" and inserting instead — " $3 078.00 ".
