Petroleum Products Subsidy regulations

Regulations under the Petroleum Products Subsidy Act

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum Products Subsidy Regulations.

2Claims for payment

For the purposes of section 13 of the Act a claim by a registered distributor of eligible petroleum products under that Act shall:

• (a)

  be on a form made available by an authorised officer for the purpose;

• (b)

  include the information required by the form;

• (c)

  be signed by the distributor or by a person authorised by the distributor;

• (d)

  be accompanied by a summary of the sales of eligible petroleum products to which the claim relates; and

• (e)

  be sent by post to, or lodged at, the Office of Regional Director, AusIndustry, Department of Industry, Science and Resources of the Commonwealth in Brisbane.
