1. These regulations may be cited as thePetroleum Products Subsidy Regulations, 1989 .
2. All regulations previously made under thePetroleum Products Subsidy Act, 1965 , are
revoked.
3. In these regulations—"
the Act " means thePetroleum Products Subsidy Act, 1965 .
(2) The form must be completed in accordance with the instructions contained in the form and
must include the information indicated as being required.
(3) The form must be accompanied by a summary of the sales of the eligible petroleum
products to which the claim relates presented in a manner approved by an authorized officer.
(4) The form must be signed by the claimant or by a person authorized by the claimant.
(5) The claim must be lodged at, or posted to, the Office of the Regional Director of
AusIndustry in Brisbane.
