Petroleum Products Subsidy Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Petroleum Products
Subsidy Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.             Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3(e) of the Petroleum Products Subsidy
Regulations 1966* is amended by deleting “an authorised
officer at the office of the Senior Inspector, Petroleum Products
Branch, Department of Customs and Excise of the
Commonwealth at Perth.” and inserting instead —

“

the Office of the Regional Director,
AusIndustry, Department of Industry Science

and Resources in Brisbane.
