318 Petroleum Products Subsidy Act Amendment Act 1985, No. 26 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen' s Most Excellent Majesty , by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled , and by the authority of the same , as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (I) This Act may be cited as the Petroleum Products Subsidy Act Amendment Act 1985. (2) In this Act the Petroleum Products Subsidy .4ct 1965-1978 is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Petroleum Products Subsidy Act 1965-1985. 2. Amendment of s. 2 . Meaning of terms . Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by- (a) in subsection (1)- (i) omitting from the definition "Commonwealth Minister" the words "for Business and Consumer Affairs of the Commonwealth and includes any Minister of State": (ii) omitting from the definition "Eligible petroleum product" the words "power kerosene,"; (iii) omitting the expression ":" where it appears at the end of the definition "Scheme" and inserting the expression "."; (b) in subsection (2), omitting the words "power kerosene,". 3. Amendment of s. 10 . Preservation of accounts , &c. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by- (a) omitting the words "twelve months" and inserting the words "2 years": (b) omitting the expression "$400" and inserting the expression "$1 000". 4. Amendment of s. 11. Stocktaking and inspection of accounts, &c. Section I 1 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the expression "$200" and inserting the expression "$1 000". 5. Amendment of s. 14 . Prosecution of offences . Section 14 (1) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after the words "The Justices Acts, 1886 to 1964, " the words ", within two years from the time when the matter of complaint arises,". 6. Amendment of s. 16 . Financial provisions . Section 16 (2) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and inserting the following paragraph:- "(a) all sums of money received by the State from the Commonwealth by way of financial assistance under the
