Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Petroleiwi Pipelines Amem1ment
Regulwions 20/2.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2012.

3.              Re-uhutions .amended

These regulations amend the Petroleumr Pipelines
Regu/wions 1970.

4.              Regulation 4B amended

In i ,eulation 4B delete "$108.00." and insert:

$123.00.
