Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Petroleum Pipelines Amendment

2740 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1 July 2011

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2011.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Petroleum Pipelines Regulations 1970.
4.	Regulation 4B amended In regulation 4B delete $l05.00." and insert:

$108.00.

5.            Third Schedule replaced

Delete the Third Schedule and insert:
