AN ACT to amend the Petroleum Pipelines Act

1969-1975.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Petroleum MT. iataeon.

(2) In this Act the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969- .pift11■T6Tals12

Commence-

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on a day

to be fixed by proclamation.

Section 12

Section 12 of the principal Act is amended in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) by deleting "twenty thousand dollars" and substituting the following-

amended. 3.

" $60 000 ".

Section 29

amended. 4. Section 29 of the principal Act is amended in

subsection (1) by deleting "$12.43" and substituting

the following-

" $40 ".

Section 44

Section 44 of the principal Act is amended in paragraph (b) of subsection (6) by deleting "twenty thousand dollars" and substituting the following-

" $60 000 ".

Section 95	6.	Section 45 of the principal Act is amended in
