2 Petroleum (Permission to enter Land) (No. 3) No. 349, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Petroleum (Permission to enter Land) Order (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Expiry 2. This order in council expires 6 months after the day on which it commenced. ˙ Definition 3. In this order in council— “Restricted Area 275” has the same meaning as in the Mineral Resources (Restricted Area 275) Order 1992 . ˙ Permission granted 4. Permission is granted for Energy Equity Corporation Ltd to enter Restricted Area 275 for the purposes mentioned in section 45(2) of the Act. ENDNOTES 1.
