2 Petroleum (Permission to enter Land)(No. 2) No. 341, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Petroleum (Permission to enter Land) Order (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order in council— (a) commences on 23 October 1992; and (b) expires on 22 April 1993. ˙ Definition 3. In this order in council— “Restricted Area 277” has the same meaning as in the Mineral Resources (Restricted Area 277) Order 1992 . ˙ Permission granted 4. Permission is granted for Oil Company of Australia NL to enter upon the land included in Restricted Area 277 for the purposes mentioned in section 45(2) of the Act. ENDNOTES 1.
