2 Petroleum (Permission to enter Land) (No. 1) No. 340, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Petroleum (Permission to enter Land) Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Expiry 2. This order in council expires 6 months after the day on which it commenced. ˙ Definition 3. In this order in council— “Restricted Area 276” has the same meaning as in the Mineral Resources (Restricted Area 276) Order 1992 . ˙ Permission granted 4. Permission is granted for Oil Company of Australia NL to enter upon the land included in Restricted Area 276 for the purposes mentioned in section 45(2) of the Act. ENDNOTES 1.
