Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Regulation under the Petroleum (Onshore) Act 1991.

Explanatory note

petroleum title under the Petroleum (Onshore) Act 1991.	The object of this Regulation is to increase from $1,000 to $50,000 the fee for an initial application for a general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Petroleum (Onshore) Amendment Regulation 2014.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Petroleum (Onshore) Regulation 2007

Schedule 1 Fees

Omit “$1,000” where firstly occurring. Insert instead “$50,000”.
