(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Petroleum Excise (Prices) Act 1987.

Transaction prices: manner of calculating

Regulation 5 of the Petroleum Excise (Prices) Regulations is amended:

(a) by adding at the end of paragraph (4) (a) “and”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (4) (b) “15; and” and substituting “15.”;

(c) by omitting paragraph (4) (c).
