2 Petroleum (Entry Permission—Australian Magnesium Corporation Pty Ltd) (No. 1) No. 230, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Entry Permission—Australian Magnesium Corporation Pty Ltd) Notice (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Permission to enter land—Act, s 67 2.(1) Permission is given to Australian Magnesium Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 058 918 175) (the “holder” ) to enter the land in the schedule to investigate and survey it for planning for a proposed pipeline. (2) The land is shown in the schedule as blocks on a block identification map. (3) Permission is given on the condition that the holder must not do any of the following— (a) excavate the land; (b) clear the land or waters on the land; (c) construct or place a building, structure or other thing (other than a fence or gate) on the land; (d) dispose of, or store, garbage or a poisonous, toxic or hazardous substance on the land or in waters on the land. (4) In this section— “block identification map” means a map that forms part of the series of maps known as the ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held in the department. ˙ Expiry 3. This notice expires 1 year after it commences.
