(Registration Fees) Amendment

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive

Resources (Registration Fees) Regulations 1990.

Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Registration Fees) Amendment Regulations 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy

4.            Regulation 3 amended

(1)	In regulation 3(1) delete "$958.00.-	and insert:
$987.00.
(2)	In regulation 3(2) delete "$958.00.-	and insert:
$987.00.
(3)	In regulation 3(3) delete "$4 788.00.-	and insert:
$4 932.00.

(4)	In regulation 3(4) delete "$958.00." and insert: $987.00.
(5)	In regulation 3(5) delete "$4 788.00." and insert: $4 932.00.
