Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy
Resources Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2010.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy
Resources Regulations 1987.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

(1)	In regulation 3(2) delete “$3.00” and insert:
$3.50
(2)	In regulation 3(4)(a) and (b) delete “$34.00” and insert:
$39.00
(3)	In regulation 3(5)(a) and (b) delete “$34.00” and insert:
$39.00
(4)	In regulation 3(6) delete “$75.00.” and insert:
$78.00.
(5)	In regulation 3(7) delete “$8 961.00.” and insert:
$9 401.00.
(6)	In regulation 3(8) delete “$25 800.00.” and insert:
$23 455.00.

5.             Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:
