1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Petroleum and Gas (General Provisions) and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2020.

Part 2    Amendment of Mineral Resources Regulation 2013

2   Regulation amended

This part amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 2013.

3   Amendment of sch 5 (Fees)

Schedule 5, part 3—
insert—

6	Application for extension of last renewed term of exploration permit (Act, s 147CA(3)(b)(ii))—

(b)  for any other mineral—

This part amends the Petroleum and Gas (General Provisions) Regulation 2017.
