PETROLEUM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Petroleum Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1994.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Acts

Amendment (Petroleum) Act 1994 comes into operation.

Principal regulations

In these regulations the Petroleum Regulations 1987* are referred to as

Regulation 3 amended

4.      Regulation 3 (3) of the principal regulations is repealed.

Schedule 1 amended

5.     Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by inserting after

item 2 the following item —

" 2a Section 37A (2) (e) $600.00
