s1 2 s4 Petroleum Amendment (No. 2) No. 158, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Petroleum Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Petroleum Regulation 1966 . ˙ Amendment of s 241D (Application of s 61Z of the Act—Act, s 61Z(5)) 3.(1) Section 241D, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Application of s 61ZA of the Act—Act, s 61ZA(4) ’. (2) Section 241D, ‘61Z’— omit, insert— ‘61ZA’. ˙ Commencement of s 3 4. Section 3 has effect as if it had commenced on the date of assent to the Petroleum Amendment Act 1995 . ENDNOTES 1.
