2 Petroleum Amendment (No. 2) No. 205, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Petroleum Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. Section 5 commences on 1 January 1994. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The PetroleumRegulation1966 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s.23CB 4. After section 23CA— insert— ˙ ‘Permission to enter land ‘23CB.(1) In this section— “restricted area” has the same meaning as in the MineralResourcesRegulation 1990 . ‘(2) Permission is granted for Oil Company of Australia to enter Restricted Areas 276 and 277 for the purposes mentioned in section 45(2) of the Act. ‘(3) The permission expires on 31 December 1993. ’. ˙ Omission of s.23CB (Permission to enter land) 5. Section 23CB— omit.
