s1 2 s5 Petroleum Amendment (No. 1) No. 122, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Petroleum Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Petroleum Regulation 1966 . ˙ Insertion of new s 5B 3. After section 5A— insert— ˙ ‘ Meaning of “block identification map” ‘ 5B. A “block identification map” is a map that forms part of the series of 17 maps known as ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held in the office of the department.’. ˙ Amendment of s 241B (Pipelines that are not facilities for pt 6A of the Act—Act, s 3(1)) 4.(1) Section 241B, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Pipelines that are not facilities for pt 8 of the Act—Act, s 2 ’. (2) Section 241B, ‘6A’— omit, insert— ‘8’. ˙ Insertion of new s 241BA 5. After section 241B— insert— ‘ Application of s 70 of the Act—Act, s 70(4) ‘ 241BA. Section 70 of the Actdoes not apply to the pipeline from

(2) Section 241C, ‘6A’— omit, insert— ‘8’. (3) Section 241C— insert— ‘(c) the pipeline from Moomba to Sydney that— (i) runs over the land mentioned in schedule 5; and (ii) is proposed to be licensed under pipeline licence no. 23.’. ˙ Amendment of s 241D (Application of s 61ZA of the Act—Act, s 61ZA(4)) 7.(1) Section 241D, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Application of s 126 of the Act—Act, s 126(4) ’. (2) Section 241D, ‘61ZA’— omit, insert— ‘126’. (3) Section 241D, ‘6A’—
