This regulation commences on 1 July 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Petroleum Regulation 1966 . ˙ Amendment of s 23 (Water supply) 4. Section 23(4), ‘$17.20’— omit, insert— ‘$17.40’. ˙ Amendment of s 23C (Examination of register of Authorities to Prospect) 5. Section 23C(2), ‘$7.40’— omit, insert— ‘$7.50’. ˙ Amendment of s 23E (Examination of register of petroleum leases) 6. Section 23E(2), ‘$7.40’— omit, insert— ‘$7.50’.
