2 Petroleum Amendment (No. 1) No. 106, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Petroleum Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Petroleum Regulation (Land) 1966 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Citation) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Petroleum Regulation 1966 . ’. ˙ Insertion of new s.23CA 4. After section 23C— insert— ˙ ‘Land not open to permit or lease ‘23CA. A permit or lease under the Act must not be granted over land included in Schedule 2. ’. ˙ Insertion of new Schedule 5. After the Schedule— insert—
