s1 2 s3 Petroleum (Adjustment of Pipeline Charges) No. 14, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Adjustment of Pipeline Charges) Notice 1995 . ˙ Way adjustment calculated—Act, s 4H(3) 2.(1) The charges paid per barrel by the producers in the first accounting period for the transport of petroleum by the Moonie pipeline must be reduced by an amount worked out using the following formula— reduction = $2.20 — total charges total barrels . (2) In this section— “producers” does not include the Naccowlah Block producers. “total barrels” means the total number of barrels for which charges were paid by the Naccowlah Block producers in the first accounting period for the transport of their production by the Moonie pipeline. “total charges” means the total charges paid by the Naccowlah Block producers in the first accounting period for the transport of their production by the Moonie pipeline. ˙ Expiry 3.
