AN ACT to amend section thirty-five of the

Petroleum Act, 1936-1966.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Petroleum and citation.

(2) In this Act, the Petroleum Act, 1936-1966 is Reprinted Acts

referred to as the principal Act. approved for reprint 26th July, 1955

emended. 2. Subsection (3) of section thirty-five of the principal Act is amended by adding after the word, "each", being the last word in the subsection, the words, "for the whole or part of the area the subject of the application".
