s1 2 s3 Pest Management (Postponement) Regulation 2002 No. 345, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Pest Management (Postponement) Regulation 2002 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 19 September 2003. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the uncommenced provisions of the PestManagement Act 2001 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 21 September 2003.
