AN ACT to enable Ivy Street, May Street, and Stuart Street, in the City of Perth, to be dedicated to the public use.

1.     This Act may be cited as the Perth Streets Dedication Act, Short title.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section two hundred and twenty-four of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1906, it shall be

certain streets to

lawful for the Council of the City of Perth to dedicate Ivy Street,

the public use.

May Street, and Stuart Street, in the said City, more particularly described in the Schedule, to the public use, and after publi- cation of notice thereof in the Government Gazette, such dedica- tion shall be deemed to be valid and complete, and such streets shall thereupon become public streets within the meaning of the said A ct.

SCHEDULE.

Ivy Street,-30 . 2 links wide, from Charles Street to the East boundary of sub-divisional Lot 8 of Lot Y269 (inclusive of a one link reserve on the South side of road), as shown on Titles Office Plan 1802.

May Street—SO links wide, from Colin Street to Outran Street, as shown on Titles Office Plan 1385; also 35 links wide from Colin Street Eastward and Southward to Hay Street, as shown on Titles Office Plan 1171.

Stuart Street.-30 and three-tenths links wide, from Claisebrook Street to

Robertson Street, as shown on Titles Office Plan 1529.
