AN ACT to authorise the Closing of all Rights-of-way across the Railway in Beau- fort Street and Stirling Street respectively, in the City of Perth.

[Assented to, 13th January, 1893.]

HEREAS it is expedient to remove the Railway Bridge in Preamble.

WCrossing over the Railway in Stirling Street, in the said City, and inBeaufort Street, in the City of Perth, and to close the Level

lieu thereof to connect the said Streets with Wellington Street by means of a Bridge to be erected across the Railway in a direct line with Barrack Street : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. AS soon as the Commissioner of Railways shall erect and open for public traffic a bridge over the railway in a direct line with	Bights-of-way over

2. THE bridge so to be erected by the Commissioner of

Streets closed.	this Act may fence off and enclose, in a line with the North side of Wellington Street, so much of Beaufort Street and Stirling Street respectively as lies between the Railway and Wellington Street, and may also fence off and enclose so much of the said two first- mentioned streets respectively, on the North side of the Railway, as lies between the lands taken by the Commissioner of Railways under " The Railways Act, 1878," on either side of those streets.

Short Title. 4. THIS Act may be cited as "The Perth Railway Crossing

Improvement Act, 1892."
