AN ACT to authorise the Closing of all Rights-of-way across the Railway in Beau- fort Street and Stirling Street respectively, in the City of Perth.

[Assented to, 13th January, 1893.]

HEREAS it is expedient to remove the Railway Bridge in

this Act may fence off and enclose, in a line with the North side of Wellington Street, so much of Beaufort Street and Stirling Street respectively as lies between the Railway and Wellington Street, and may also fence off and enclose so much of the said two first- mentioned streets respectively, on the North side of the Railway, as lies between the lands taken by the Commissioner of Railways under " The Railways Act, 1878," on either side of those streets.

Short Title.

4. THIS Act may be cited as "The Perth Railway Crossing

Improvement Act, 1892."
