AN ACT to amend the Perth Rail way

constructed on the bridge referred to in section two at such time as the Commissioner of Railways may require the Company so to do, and in default the said tramways may be removed by the Com- missioner of Railways, and the cost of the removal shall be paid by the Company to the Commissioner of Railways ; but before the newly-erected bridge is opened for traffic, and at such time as the Commissioner of Railways shall approve, the Company may lay down and construct tramways thereon, and after the newly-constructed bridge is opened for traffic may maintain and work the same in accordance with the City of Perth Tramways Act, 1897.
