PERTH RACECOURSE RAILWAY.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.

Commencing at Bayswater Station on the Eastern Railway, 16 miles 20 chains, or thereabouts, from its commencing point at Fremantle, and proceeding thence in an Easterly direction for about 42 chains 72 links ; thence in a South- Easterly direction for about 15 chains; thence in a South-Westerly direction for about 18 chains ; thence in a South-Easterly direction for about 62 chains ; thence in a South-Westerly direction for about 26 chains and 28 links, and terminating at a point in or near the Perth Racecourse; as more particularly delineat ed by red line on Map marked P.W.D., W.A., 4863, deposited as provided for by 55° Victorian, No. 34, Section 10. Total length about 2 miles 4 chains.
