Perth Parking Management Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Perth Parking Management
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Perth Parking Management
Regulations 1999.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 delete item 11 and insert:

11.           a facility that has more than 5 parking bays for the use of vehicles (excluding a bay set aside for the exclusive use of vehicles referred to in any of

items 2 to 10, 12 and 13) —

(i) for each motor cycle bay; nil

(ii) for each bay (excluding a bay that is on a carriageway) that is available to the public

for use without time constraints; 697.00

(iii)	for each bay that is on a carriageway;	630.80
(iv)	for each bay that is available to the public and in which 50% of the vehicles being parked stay for less than 4 hours and at
least 90% stay for less than 6 hours;	630.80
(v)	for each other bay	728.70
