Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Perth Parking Management

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012.

2. Commencement niencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Perth Parking Management

Regu/wion,s 1999.

Regulation 6 amended

(1)	In regulation 6(1)(c) delete "Town Planning and Development
Act 1928" and insert:
Planning and Development Act 2005
(2)	In r -e^tulation 6(2) delete "in accoi Glance with section 106 of the
Evidence Act 1906'.
Regulation 8 amended
In r-e ulation 8(2) delete "Town Planning and Development Act 1928" and insert:
