Perth Parking Management Amendment

Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Perth Parking Management
Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2016.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Perth Parking Management
Regulations 1999.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 item 11:

(a) in paragraph (b) delete “1 062.00” and insert:

1 088.60

(b) in paragraph (c) delete “995.80” and insert:

1 005.80

(c) in paragraph (d) delete “995.80” and insert:

1 005.80

(d) in paragraph (e) delete “1 093.70” and insert:

1 132.00
