Perth Parking Management Amendment

Regulations 2015

Regulations 1999.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Perth Parking Management
Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Perth Parking Management

4.            Regulation 3 amended

(1)	In regulation 3 delete the definition of ACROD sticker.
(2)	In regulation 3 in the definition of vehicle of a disabled person delete paragraph (b) and insert:

(b) which is identified with a disability parking
permit as defined in the Local Government
(Parking for People with Disabilities)

Regulations 2014 regulation 4.

5.	Schedule 2 amended Delete Schedule 2 item 2 and insert:
2.	a permit parking area as defined in the Local Government (Parking for People with Disabilities)
Regulations 2014 regulation 4 nil
