Perth Parking Management Amendment

Regulations 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Perth Parking Management
Amendment Regulations 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Perth Parking Management
Regulations 1999.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 item 11(v) delete "concerning which the owner has agreed with a tenant of the owner that it will be set aside for the exclusive use of the tenant." and insert:

that is not available to the public but is
available for use by a person who is not the

owner of the building.
