Perth Parking Management Amendment

Regulations 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Perth Parking Management
Amendment Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Perth Parking Management Regulations 1999.
4.	Schedule 2 amended Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a) 11(i),

in item by deleting "88.50" and inserting " 91.50 ";

(b) in item 11(ii), by deleting "205.00" and inserting instead —

(c)

in item 1 1(iii), by deleting "177.00" and inserting " 183.00

(d)

in item 1 1(iv), by deleting "177.00" and inserting " 183.00

(e) "205.00"

in item 11(v), by deleting and inserting " 212.00 ".
