Perth Parking Management Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Perth Parking Management
Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Perth Parking
Management Regulations 1999*.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 item 11 is amended as follows:

(a) in subitem (i) by deleting “82.00” and inserting instead —

“ 84.75 ”;

(b) in subitems (ii) and (v) by deleting “189.00” and inserting instead —

“ 195.50 ”;

(c) in subitems (iii) and (iv) by deleting “163.50” and inserting instead —

“ 169.00 ”.
